"Jermell is better than Jermall," said Saul Alvarez (59-2-2, 39 KOs), who will meet the theoretically smaller of the twins on September 30. At the same time, as the meetings of future opponents face to face showed, Jermell Charlo (35-1-1, 19 KOs) will be no less than Canelo.

The American is the absolute world champion (WBC / WBA / IBF / WBO) in the first middleweight (69.85 kg). All four super middleweight belts (76.2 kg) belonging to the Mexican will be at stake in this fight. Canelo's original opponent was Jermal Charlo, the WBC middleweight champion, but he said he had not yet recovered enough to train, and the choice fell on the smaller of the twins.

“Both brothers are excellent, but I think Jermell is better. He met with the best opponents. Charlo has a lot of talent and strength, so the fans will have a great show and a very good fight," Alvarez added.
