Baumgardner victory, Cruz's successful debut

Alicia Baumgardner (15-1, 7 KOs) won Christina Linardatu (14-3, 6 KOs) by unanimous decision in the main event of the Matchroom Boxing evening in Detroit. Thus, the American defended the WBA, WBO, WBC and IBF titles in the featherweight division.
