“Sparring is sparring, and fighting is fighting,” goes the old boxing proverb, but sometimes the course of a sparring match between two fighters gives a certain picture of what a real fight might look like. Errol Spence Jr. (28-0, 22 KOs) and Terence Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs), who will fight for four welterweight belts on July 29, have met each other in a boxing gym in the past, and according to Shayna Moseley, the first one was much better at the time.
"I can only rely on what I heard - that Spence killed Crawford during their sparring," Sugar Shane said in an interview with ShowBizz.
“Crawford will have a hard time fighting a guy he's been in the ring with before and they both know each other well. They both know who is who,” Moseley added.
