Undefeated in the professional ring Tokyo Olympic heavyweight champion Bakhodir Jalolov (11-0, 11 KOs) signed a contract with the promotional organization Top Rank. This was reported by American columnist Mike Coppinger.

The 28-year-old southpaw from Uzbekistan is now expected to return to the ring at the end of the summer. It is worth recalling that the Top Rank colors also represent Richard Torres Jr., whom Zhalolov defeated in the final of the Olympic Games.
