Hearn wants to arrange for Berlange to meet Munguia

Eddie Hearn said he would try to organize a fight between Edgar Berlanga (21-0, 16 KOs) and ex-world welterweight champion Jaime Munguia (42-0, 33 KOs). The fight could take place in November in the USA.

“This is a great fight that will give a lot of emotions to the fans. We will talk to DAZN and try to arrange this fight. Munguia does not seem to have many interesting options and we are working with the same TV partner,” said the head of Matchroom Boxing.

In his last professional performance, Munguia won on points against Sergey Derevyanchenko. It is possible that in the autumn the Mexican will give the Ukrainian a revenge.
