Buatsi and Aziz will challenge the right to fight Bivol

Information has been officially confirmed that on August 19 at the Boxxer evening organized in Brighton, a fight will take place between Joshua Buatsy (17-0, 13 KOs) and European light heavyweight champion Dan Aziz (19-0, 13 KOs). The fight will be the final eliminator for the WBA light heavyweight title, which belongs to Dmitry Bivol.

Thus, the 30-year-old Buatsi will fight for the second time after signing a contract with Ben Shalom's group. In early May, the Englishman won on points against Pavel Stepin.

Aziz last fought in March, defeating Thomas Faure by TKO. Previously, the holder of the EBU belt also defeated Rocky Fielding among others.
