For almost six years Marco Hook (42-5-1, 28 KOs) had only three fights, including in one of them he was disqualified. Hook was supposed to return to the ring ten days later, but in the end the whole evening was cancelled.

The former WBO cruiserweight champion is now a heavyweight champion and was scheduled to face Evginios Lazaridis (18-4, 12 KOs) at the German Braunlage on May 20.

Today it became known that Hook earned a shoulder injury, and he will not be able to box that day. As a result, the entire tournament, which was supposed to be broadcast on DAZN, was cancelled.
