Joshua-White rematch July 29 or August 5

According to Eddie Hearn, the rematch between Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) and Dillian Whyte (29-3, 19 KOs) will be held on July 29 or August 5. The match will take place at one of the football stadiums in England. The first fight between these boxers took place in December 2015. Joshua won by TKO in the seventh round.

In recent performances in the ring, both boxers won on points against Jermain Franklin. The organization of a rematch between the two Britons is highly dependent on negotiations to hold a heavyweight tournament in December.

Joshua recently revealed that due to a potential big fight later in the year, he won't be fighting in the summer. However, Eddie Hearn clarified that all participants in the tournament will most likely enter the ring before that.
