Parker will return in May in Australia

Joseph Parker (31-3, 21 KOs) will fight next month in Australia. There are already two names of potential rivals for the New Zealand boxer. The former WBO heavyweight champion can count on the help of Tyson Fury, with whom he will soon spar.

“Joseph has fought at home in New Zealand, America and Britain, but has never competed in Australia,” said Dean Lonergan, a former Parker promoter who had a hand in the project.

One of the contenders for Parker is the Australian Faiga Opel (15-3-2, 11 KOs), the second is the New Zealander Kiki Toa Leitele (8-2-2, 7 KOs).
