On June 24, Japan will host a rematch between Kazuto Yokoi (29-2-1, 15 KOs) and Joshua Franco (18-1-3, 8 KOs). Their first match took place in December and ended in a draw.
At stake in the second fight will be the WBA super flyweight title. To carry out this rematch, Ioka will give up the WBO championship belt.
The World Boxing Organization ordered Ioke to defend the belt with Junto Nakatani. However, the Japanese chose a rematch with Franco and will leave his title vacant.
