Ukrainian light heavyweight boxer Alexander Gvozdyk, who recently successfully relaunched his career, spoke out about his next opponent, Richard Bolotnik. In particular, he noted that the upcoming fight is a great chance to show the whole world that he is still in the game.
“It's great to be on a very good show. I heard that there will be 80,000 people, so it's very cool. I will have my third fight of the evening, after Canelo and the co-main event. I take this fight very seriously. First of all, don't look at his record. He has six defeats, but this guy started boxing ten years ago. I heard that he switched to boxing from hockey. He had three defeats at the very beginning, but he immediately took to fighting good level opponents. And he continues to develop, he beat a good opponent in the last fight. I'm getting ready for a really tough fight against a tough fighter."
Fight Gvozdik - Bolotnik will be held on May 6 in Guadalajara.
