Conor Benn In an interview with Piers Morgan, he spoke about his suicidal thoughts in connection with two positive doping tests. “I did not think that I would have the strength to survive this. It felt like I was being sentenced to death for something I didn't do. I just lived from day to day, and did not think about tomorrow. Yes, I wanted to commit suicide,” said Conor Benn.
Benn also added that he has no plans to perform in the UK in the near future. “My father tore up my British boxing license on live television. I don't need to get their license. I'm not going to fight in Britain anytime soon," Benn added.
"I felt like I was on death row - for something I hadn't done."
