Inoue-Fulton on May 23 for WBC and WBO titles?

May 23 in Saitama Naoya Inoue (24-0, 21 KOs) will meet the WBC and WBO super bantamweight champion Stephen Fulton (21-0, 8 KOs). Top Rank has not yet officially confirmed the date of the fight, although it has previously reported that the boxers have agreed on financial terms.

Inoue, 29, recently officially vacated all of his bantamweight titles. In May, the Japanese will fight the American for the world championship belt in his fourth weight category.

In his last appearance in the ring, Fulton won on points against Daniel Roman. Inoue last fought in December, knocking out Paul Butler.
