Wilder is not going to work with Hearn

Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) in one of the interviews he gave on Sunday in Saudi Arabia, negatively answered the question of whether he would establish a promotional collaboration with Eddie Hearn.

The Bronze Bomber has recently gained a lot of attention by claiming that he is now a "free agent", when in fact he was one before, and intends to seek offers from various promoters, not just Al Haymon. One of those who openly expressed interest in "signing" the American was Hearn.

Deontay Wilder will return to the ring at the earliest in May, possibly crossing gloves in the final WBC heavyweight eliminator with Andy Ruiz Jr.
