"I'll break your nose, I'll break your jaw, I'll break your ribs," he promised Ilunga Makabu (29-2, 25 KOs) who will cross gloves with Badu Jack (27-3-3, 16) this coming Sunday in his third defense of the WBC cruiserweight belt.

“I want you to know this. I've been a champion for a long time, and you can't take my punches with impunity. I will tear you to pieces. I'm too dangerous for you. I will return home with my belt, and you with broken ribs, jaw and nose.

“I am here to make history and become the first ever three-time Muslim world champion. I'm glad that Makabu is so confident in himself, because I still feel young and fresh. I'm going for the belt in the third weight class, this is my goal, and that's why I'm here, ”Jack, the former super middleweight and light heavyweight champion, answered this.
