Joseph Parker (31-3, 21 KOs) joined the promotional organization BOXXER after losing to Joe Joyce and returned with a points victory over Jack Massey. Now the New Zealander is ready to raise the bar again.

The former WBO heavyweight champion passed Massey convincingly. He won on the cards of all judges: 96-93 and twice 97-93, but the Englishman, who came from the first heavyweight, sometimes gave him big problems. The New Zealander dreams of a rematch with Dillian Whyte, but for now he has to prove that it is worth investing a lot of money in him, because lately he has been boxing below his hopes.

At the moment, negotiations are underway about his fight with Michael Hunter (20-1-2, 14 KOs). The American is out of the game for the whole of 2022, which could negatively affect his form. But, according to him, he will be happy to check with Parker, because a possible win will help him return to the “tops” of the royal weight category.

“We are on our way to a big fight and I hope to get this fight with Parker, who mentioned my name earlier. The fight should take place in England, hopefully soon. I keep myself in shape all the time and am ready to take on a challenge at any moment, ”said Hunter.
