Eubank Jr has officially activated the right to rematch with Smith

Chris Eubank Jr. (32-3, 23 KOs) activated the revenge clause that was written into his contract. So, formally, boxing fans are waiting for the second fight against Liam Smith (33-3-1, 20 KOs), who knocked him out in the fourth round last month.

“This morning I activated the rematch clause through my lawyers and sent it to the promoters,” the son of the British boxing legend said on social networks.

There are no specifics yet, but according to preliminary information, the rematch may take place in July in Liverpool.
