Eubank-Smith: 200,000 broadcasts sold

Promoter Ben Shalom said that the number of sold broadcasts of the evening, which took place on January 21 in Manchester, exceeded 200,000 people. The main event of the tournament was the duel between Chris Eubank Jr. (32-3, 23 KOs) and Liam Smith (33-3-1, 20 KOs).

The fight ended with an early loss to the former world welterweight champion. The second leg is scheduled for May 27 and will be held in Liverpool.

As part of the same evening, a fight took place between Richard Riakpo and the former two-time world heavyweight champion Krzysztof Głowacki. This event was watched by 18,000 spectators from the stands.
