Conor McGregor's next fight announced

Former UFC champion in two weight divisions Conor McGregor his next fight will be against Michael Chandler. This was announced by the president of the organization, Dana White.

McGregor and Chandler will reportedly take over as opposing team coaches for the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter reality show. Filming should take place from May 30 to August 15. At the end of the season, the Irishman and the American will share the octagon in a numbered tournament.

McGregor hasn't been in a cage since July 2021, when he suffered a TKO loss to Dustin Poirier due to a broken leg. The 34-year-old Irishman has won 22 and lost six times in his professional career.

As for Chandler, he had his last fight in November last year, losing by choke to the aforementioned Poirier. In total, the 36-year-old American has 23 wins and eight losses in MMA.
