Frank Warren is optimistic about the possibility of concluding a contract for the fight for the title of undisputed heavyweight champion between Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) and Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs).

“I am optimistic, referring to the people I work with - Alexander Krasyuk, Egis Klimas and Bob Arum. We are unanimous and moving in the same direction. Now we are working on contracts,” the Gypsy King promoter said in an interview with IFL TV.

“As for the date of the battle, we are talking about the beginning of March, and the place has not yet been determined. However, first we must establish the conditions of the battle itself, because without this we will not succeed. First the fight itself, then its place, ”added Warren.

Warren also emphasized that all four sanctioning organizations are also involved, and therefore there will be no issues with mandatory defenses that could prevent Tyson Fury from fighting Oleksandr Usyk for four WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO titles.
