Riakpore: 'I'm glad Głowacki took the fight'

Richard Riakpore (15-0, 11 KOs) confident before the fight with the former two-time world heavyweight champion Krzysztof Głowacki (32-3, 20 KOs). The fight will be one of the main events of the boxing evening organized on January 21 in Manchester.

“I am very glad that Glovatsky agreed to this fight. Everyone will be able to see how I deal with the former champion. I know that he will be a very serious opponent, and I must show my best form. I assure you, you will see fireworks in the ring,” Riakpore added.

Głowacki will box in front of the British public for the second time in his career. The last time the Pole entered the ring was in April, and Riakporhe had his last fight in June.
