Promoter Eddie Hearn said there was a very "strong chance" that the next fight Saul Alvarez will hold against John Ryder. Most likely, this fight will take place in May in the UK, USA or Mexico. Hearn also added that Dimitri Bivol could meanwhile take on Joshua Buatsi or Callum Smith ahead of their September rematch with Canelo, who could potentially have all of the Mexican's super middleweight titles on the line.
