Dariush: "Gamrot was the most difficult opponent in my career"

Top American UFC Lightweight Beneil Dariush shared his opinion about his former rival, the Pole Mateusz Gamrot.

Recall that on October 22 at the UFC 280 tournament in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Dariush defeated Gamrot by unanimous decision.

“Undoubtedly, he was the most difficult opponent I have ever faced. No disrespect to my past opponents, but I was struck by the agility with which he tries to knock to the ground and break.

I think he is very good. And I sincerely believe that he is the future of our division. He will stay at the top and fight for the title one day,” Dariush said in an interview with ESPN.
