Volkanovski will meet with the winner of the fight Makhachev - Oliveira

Reigning UFC featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski will get a chance to fight for the lightweight division title anyway. At the moment, Volkanovski is a reserve fighter for the title fight between Makhachev and Oliveira. However, even if both fighters make weight and are able to fight, Alex will face the winner of this confrontation. This was announced by UFC President Dana White.
