Top lightweight UFC Islam Makhachev called the condition under which he would rise to welterweight.

“First, I need to defend the lightweight title at least three or four times. I will switch to a different weight when I see a certain situation in my division. I don't want to be like Kamaru Usman who beats the same opponents again and again. I do not want it. I will try to fight in other weight classes for my legacy."
