Terence Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) and Errol Spence Jr. (28-0, 22 KOs) have not yet signed contracts to fight for the title of absolute welterweight champion. The fight was scheduled for November 19, but fans will have to wait until at least the beginning of next year.
A financial dispute continues between Crawford and Al Haymon. So far, there is no agreement, which means that the date of the fight will be postponed for several weeks. The evening of boxing will be shown in the United States in a paid broadcast.
Negotiations to fight for the IBF, WBA, WBO and WBC belts have been going on for several months. Crawford, who hasn't been in the ring in almost a year, has been a free agent for several months after ending his years with Top Rank. Spence fought his last fight in April.
