Legendary former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva admitted that he plans to leave the sport in two years.

“When I want to hang my gloves on a nail, that will be the final decision. I will thank everyone and end my career. But now I feel great and I train with professional fighters. They help me a lot, and I manage to stay on the same level with them.

I think I will have my farewell fight when I turn 49. Yes, most likely, I will leave in two years, ”MMA News quotes 47-year-old Silva.

Recall that Silva left the UFC in 2020, and currently fights according to the rules of boxing. On October 29, in Phoenix, the Brazilian will have to fight American blogger and boxer Jake Paul.
