O'Malley's is not crazy about Russian food

On the eve of the fight with Russian Petr Yang UFC lightweight prospect Sean O'Malley decided to try one of the dishes of Russian cuisine. Sean's choice was herring salad under the fur coat. On his Instagram, the fighter shared his impression of the salad, and it is worth noting that he did not like it.

"We are in the UFC office, and today we are trying a traditional Russian dish - herring under a shuba. First comes cooked grated potatoes, then sliced herring, grated carrots and beets. Then a layer of grated beets with mayonnaise and finely grated egg yolk on top. I don't know what to expect. Honestly, I'm a little worried about eating this at all. I have no idea what texture this dish has. I'm going to try to take a little bit of everything at once. It definitely tastes like a Russian dish. I wouldn't choose this over the same cheeseburger. I don't even want to swallow it, to be honest."

As a reminder, the O'Malley vs. Yang fight will take place on October 22 at UFC 280.
