Bivol-Ramirez promotion auction set for August 21st

The date of the promotional tender to select the organizer of the fight for the WBA light heavyweight title between Dmitry Bivol (20-0, 11 KOs) and Gilberto Ramirez (44-0, 30 KOs) was scheduled for August 21.

The minimum bet amount is $400,000. The total fee will be split 75 to 25 in favor of Bivol, who won on points against Saul Alvarez in his last appearance in the ring.

This will be a chance for Ramirez to win the championship belt in his second weight class. Before that, the Mexican was the world champion in the super middleweight division.
