Blades named the favorite of the fight Miocic - Jones

American heavyweight UFC Curtis Blades shared his thoughts on a potential fight between the ex-champion Stipe Miocic and former belt holder in the light heavyweight division John Jones.

“I would choose Stipe. Simply because he participated in five-round bouts several times and showed a knockout punch when Fabricio Werdum and Alistair Overeem finished. I know that he landed more than one blow in these fights, but he put an end to it with one hit. He also showed that he has wrestling and conditioning.

I just believe he's smart enough to figure John out after two or three rounds. He will begin to deliver blows, and they will cause more damage than John's hits. But this is my opinion. This fight can go either way,” Blades said in an interview with MMA Fighting.
