“He wouldn’t even knock me out with a baseball bat if I was asleep,” the WBC heavyweight champion said in an interview with IFL TV, adding that he had tried many times in the past to get a meeting with AJ.

“I wanted to fight this fight at least six times in five years, and always in vain, because I was dealing with a diva who does not want to fight,” Fury said. “Many years ago, when AJ was still the undefeated knockout king, people said, ‘Maybe he could beat Fury. But then he was on the floor with Andy Ruiz Jr., and people started saying, "Tyson was right, he's a bodybuilder, he has no chance." Then he looked like shit in a rematch with Ruiz, who instead of training was hanging out in Mexico and, in the end, was defeated by light heavyweight Usyk.

This train has already left. I am now the king of heavyweights!” - summed up the "Gypsy King", who, however, has reportedly already held preliminary negotiations on a fight for four belts with the winner of the fight Joshua - Usyk. A potential meeting for the title of absolute heavyweight champion may take place in December.
