Wilder: Heavy weight is unattractive without American

Former World Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder (42-2-1, 41 KOs) announced last week that he was going to continue his sports career. The American claims that without him, the royal division loses its luster.

“I proved that boxing lives on the emotions that the American world champion evokes. If these emotions are not present, boxing dies. I am returning at the request of the fans. I have heard requests to return from all walks of life, from homeless people to millionaires. It's an amazing feeling," Wilder said.

“Without an American, heavy weight is unattractive. When an American is involved in the game, there is a stir, and money flows in a wide river,” added the Bronze Bomber.
