Tszyu: “I want to continue performing in the USA”

Debut Tim Tszyu in the USA ended in victory, laying the foundations of his American career. The undefeated fighter of the first middleweight left his native Australia, was able to rise after a knockdown in the first round and win Terrella Gouche over twelve rounds last Saturday in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This fight was the first performance of Tszyu in the USA, who now plans to conquer America further, counting on his first title fight.

"I can't wait to play in the US again," Tim Tszyu said in an interview with BoxingScene.com. - I dream of fighting in Las Vegas, but I don't mind returning to Minneapolis again. The audience here was incredible."

Tszyu (21-0, 15 KOs) entered the fight as a mandatory challenger for the WBO light middleweight title held by Brian Castano (17-0-2, 12 KOs), who will rematch with WBA, WBC and IBF champion Jermell Charlo .
