“Canelo is just another opponent, a human being like everyone else and nothing more. This is how I approach this fight,” says Dmitry Bivol (19-0, 11 KOs), WBA light heavyweight champion who will face Saul Alvarez (57-1-2, 39 KOs).

The Mexican collected all four belts in super middleweight. Now he wants to "get weight" by 3.2 kilograms. Alvarez already was  WBO light heavyweight champion when he defeated Bivol's compatriot Sergey Kovalev (KO 11).

“I'm not interested in Canelo's previous fights, I'm a completely different fighter. He comes to me in light heavyweight, where I am faster, I can hit hard, and my boxing skills speak for themselves. Every fight is different. I just have to do my job, maybe with a little more pressure than usual. The jab and good footwork will remain the key to victory. I believe that if I do everything right, I will win,” says Bivol.
