Ngannou successfully operated on

UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou posted a new post on his Instagram, talking about the operation he underwent on his knee.

“Today I had surgery on my knee. The meniscus was not damaged. Thanks to Dr. Alattrakha and all the hospital staff for taking such incredible care of me. Sincerely, King,” wrote Ngannou.

Earlier it was reported that the Cameroonian could miss about nine months. Most likely, in connection with this, the UFC will play for a temporary belt in the heavyweight division.

Ngannou last fought on January 22 at UFC 270, defeating Cyril Gan via unanimous decision.
