Islam Makhachev reacted to the change of opponent

No. 5 UFC Lightweight Ranking Islam Makhachev reacted to the replacement of the opponent in the upcoming battle.

“Different opponent, same goal. I also want to wish Beneil a speedy recovery and good luck. I sincerely believe that we will meet in the future,” wrote Islam.

Initially, Beneil Dariush was supposed to be Makhachev's rival. However, today it became known that the fighter was forced to withdraw from the fight due to injury. A little later, a new rival of Makhachev was announced - Bobby Green. The fight Makhchev - Green will be held on February 27 and will head UFC Fight Night 202.
