Bivol: We made an offer to the Alvarez team

WBA Super light heavyweight title holder Dmitry Bivol spoke about the course of negotiations with the team of the absolute world champion in the second middle division Saul Alvarez.

According to the Russian, his representatives have already sent a proposal for a fight to the Mexican's camp.

“While we are waiting for a decision, how Saul Alvarez’s team will decide. They made an offer, and what are we? We agree. They have a lot of plans, they are looking in which direction to move. While we wait from him. If not Saul Alvarez, then there will be other options,” Bivol said in an interview with the OlamSport YouTube channel.

Recall that in November last year, Alvarez knocked out Caleb Plant and became the first ever undisputed world champion in super middleweight.

As for Bivol, in December last year he won by unanimous decision against Umar Salamov.
