UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman underwent surgery on the ligaments of his hand. This was announced by UFC President Dana White on his Twitter.
“The best P4P fighter in the world, Kamaru Usman, underwent surgery today on his hand ligaments. This is before and after. See you soon, champ,” White captioned the photos below.
In November last year, Usman made his fifth defense of his title, defeating Colby Covington by unanimous decision. The Nigerian-American is expected to face Leon Edwards next.
