Canelo is aiming for a fight with Beterbiev?

WBC and IBF World Light Heavyweight Champion Artur Beterbiev revealed that his promoter Bob Arum hopes to have a fight with the undisputed super middleweight champion and the leader of the P4P rating Saul "Canelo" Alvarez.

“My promoter Bob Arum, when we got in touch a month and a half or a month before the fight with Marcus Brown, he said that he talked with Canelo, that he was interested in this fight and that he wanted to box with me. These were the conversations. There was no specifics on their part or ours. It seems to me that Bob Arum believes that such a fight is possible. We'll see,” Beterbiev said.

Beterbiev knocked out Marcus Brown on December 18 in the ninth round.
