Eddie Hearn said that negotiations to organize the battle between Dillian White (28-2, 19 KO) and Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 22 KO) move slowly. Negotiations are hampered by the lack of a decision by the WBC on the percentage distribution of the fee for the fight.
“It is difficult to talk about something if we do not know what is our starting point. Dillian is a very intelligent person and if an interesting offer comes in, he would gladly perform at a party hosted by another promoter, ”Hearn said.
“It is not yet expected that our negotiations will lead to co-broadcast or co-broadcast pay-per-view. Of course, we have an agreement with DAZN, Fury has an agreement with ESPN, but I have a feeling that all this can be solved. We will make a worthy offer, but we will not be against the fight on another TV channel, ”added the head of Matchroom Boxing.
The Fury-White bout will take place in the UK this spring. Fury is the WBC heavyweight champion, while White owns an interim version of the same title.
