Amosov to face Michael Page

Reigning Bellator Welterweight Champion Yaroslav Amosov the first defense of his title will hold in a duel against Michael Page. This was announced by the president of the organization, Scott Cocker. He also added that this confrontation will take place in the first or second quarter of next year.

“There are many big battles awaiting us. One of them, Michael Page versus Yaroslav Amosov, will take place in the first or early second quarter of next year,” the functionary said.

Amosov became the Bellator champion by taking the belt away from Douglas Lima. Their fight took place in June this year, culminating in the Ukrainian's victory by a decision.
