Negotiations on the organization of a rematch between Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) and Alexander Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) haven't started yet. It seems that the fans will have to wait until May-June next year for the second fight between the British and the Ukrainian.

Eddie Hearn initially stated that the second fight between Usyk and Joshua could take place as early as February. For now, Joshua has yet to decide whether to make changes to the coaching staff. Earlier, the Briton said that if he starts working with a new coach, he will want to work with the new roster for six months.

The first Joshua-Usyk fight took place in September in London. The Ukrainian unanimously beat the Briton on points, taking the IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight belts from him.
