Fedor's farewell fight date and place are set

Bellator President Scott Cocker said that the last fight in the career of the legendary Russian heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko is most likely will take place next summer in Moscow.

“For Emelianenko's farewell fight, we plan to organize a large-scale event in Russia that will match the career of the greatest heavyweight of all time. This will probably take place in Moscow. Fedor is going to fight the last fight in his home country, and we are going to make it. We have big plans. It will not be just an ordinary fight, so expect something special,” Cocker told MMA Junkie.

On October 23, at the Bellator 269 tournament in Moscow, Emelianenko knocked out Timothy Johnson in the first round.
