Shlemenko reacts to Nurmagomedov's arrest

Former Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko commented on the news of Usman Nurmagomedov's detention.

"I can say that I know Usman personally. He's a well-mannered guy, decent. I have never seen anything like that after him. Probably he is right that this is fake news. But it's hard for me to speak for those who did it," Shlemenko said.

On November 11 it was reported that 23-year-old Nurmagomedov together with his friend was detained at Moscow Sheremetyevo airport for running over a policeman at the airport checkpoint in Dagestan.
