Former UFC champion Jose Aldo has once again criticized Khabib Nurmagomedov for making remarks about himself. The latter had previously claimed that the 35-year-old Brazilian was only continuing to compete for money and would no longer be able to reach his peak form.
"Khabib said that a fighter cannot reach his second peak, but we have seen the example of Glover Teixeira, who reached the title fight for the second time in his career at the age of 42, completely dominated the champion and forced him to give up. Adesanya went five rounds with Blachowicz and lost, but Glover, who is older than me, beat Ian. Habib talks too much. He has nothing to do right now, so he's getting attention this way," Aldo said.
Aldo's next fight will be against Rob Font on December 4 at UFC on ESPN 31 in Las Vegas.
