Butaev with WBA title, another win for Ennis

On Showtime Boxing Night in Las Vegas Radzhab Butaev (14-0, 11 KOs) scored a ninth round TKO over Jamal James (28-2, 12 KOs) to win the "regular" WBA welterweight belt. In his next appearance, the Russian will fight for the "super" WBA title against the winner of the Yordenis Ugas vs Eimantas Stanionis fight.

On the same night, welterweight prospect Jaron Ennis (28-0, 26 KOs) scored another win as a pro as he defeated Thomas Dulorme (25-6-1, 16 KOs) in one round. After the fight, the American challenged IBF and WBC champion Errol Spence Jr.
