Lopez vs. Kambosos on November 27 in Las Vegas

On November 27 in Las Vegas, according to yet unconfirmed information, there will be a fight between Teofimo Lopez (16-0, 12 KOs) and George Kambosos (19-0, 1 KO). The bout will be staged by Eddie Hearn, who has been handed the fight rights by the Thriller Fight Club.

The fight for the IBF, WBA, WBO and WBC "franchise" lightweight belts has been postponed several times, with boxers waiting for a fight date since February, when a promoter tender took place. At this point, a date in November seems final.

For Lopez, it will be his first appearance in the ring since last year's duel with Vasyl Lomachenko. Kambosos earned the right to fight for the IBF title by defeating Lee Selby last year.
