Ramazan Ismailov, the brother of Magomed Ismailov, commented on the incident in the Moscow metro.
"They acted like animals, it doesn't matter what nation. I thought they were under some kind of drug intoxication, it turned out they were drunk. If they have lived till that age and haven't understood what's right and wrong, they'll learn it in prison. In Dagestan, in 95 per cent of cases, they won't allow this to happen. If they start hitting or beating, they'll intervene and try to separate them. They won't allow the beating to happen. I think that the guy who stepped up to the plate did a heroic thing. He's got guts. Nowadays, not everyone can stand up for each other when they see five or six aggressive people. It's easier to think that, "My house is on the other side".
