Gassiev's coach: "It will be hard for Usyk with such a Tyson Fury"

The trainer of former champion Murat Gassiev Vitaly Slanov weighed the chances of IBF, WBO, WBA heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk in a potential fight with WBC titleholder Tyson Fury.

"I'd like to see the Usyk vs. Fury fight. Who would win? If before the fight with Joshua I said Usyk would win, it's very hard to say here. Fury as a boxer is better than Joshua. He has better timing and footwork, he's faster, thinks better in the ring and doesn't get tired.

In his fight with Wilder Fury did everything he could do competently and he was very good on the short distance: he cut and punched his punches, made perfect uppercuts. For Usyk it will be the most difficult fight. Alexander can adapt to any opponent, but with Fury it will be more difficult for him than with anyone else.
