Milonov calls Morgenstern out

State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov challenged the famous rap singer Morgenstern to a fight.

"There are times when you need a gag reflex, that's how it is for Morgenstern. Morgenstern, you will meet me. I may not have boxed, but you won't walk away on two or four limbs - you'll crawl away and beg for mercy," the official wrote on his Instagram.

Earlier, Milonov lost to showman and actor Nikita Dzhigurda.
